today after school i went for lunch with an aunt and my mummy and my sister!!
doing business!! ahahaha..showing the aunt about the business plan!!
the aunt praised me oh!! "YOU ARE A SMART GIRL!! YOU CAN BE A COPERATE LADY NEXT TIME!!"
wow!! so happy la.. not bad.. i have a good impression for aunt!! thanks aunt!
after that i go home take my bath then i went out for a drink with my dear fren hing hing who just came back from WM
we went for a drink with charles!
we chat a lot.. we 2 got so many stories to tell while charles be the listener!! a very potential listener..
we have fun to tell all the stories.. very syiok oh.. funny too!!
oh ya..hing hing give me a biscuit! ahahaha..

nite nite.. 5 juin world environment day - an inconvenient camp 2-5.06.2007so tired now ah!
i just came back from the world environment day - an in convenient camp at sepilok RDC.
each sch sent 3 students there and there are 10 sch joining this camp..
plus 6 lusy sepilok junior ranger..
all together should be 36 ppl, but dunno why there are 37 ppl..
dunno where the 37th ppl come from.. ahahaha..
from sung siew are, me!! ah khen and edi mohamad
the first day we reached there, we found that only me and ah khen are chinese
and edi is half chinese..
so the camp only have 2 and a half chinese ppl..
out of 37 ppl.
so 92.5% are malay students..
die!
i cried on the first day cause im helpless..
actually i had consider to go for this camp for very long time..
at last i decided to go..
but i felt regret when im there for the first day..
many ppl knew i cried oh!! LAP!!
we have trekking from the sepilok rehabilitation center to the sepilok laut!
it takes us 2 and a half hrs to reach there..
i've donated a few ml of blood to the leech!! luckily its a small one..
at night we watch the movie "AN INCONVENIENT TRUTH - PART 1"
this movie is nice.. is all about global warming..
but i can't really get what the ppl said as my mind was too tired to receive any info..
then we sing funny songs then only im awake and i feel good..
and we have presentation for each group on everything we learn that day!
THE LESSON IS: ORANG UTANG IS NOT MONKEY. IT IS "APE" BUT MONKEY IS :MONKEY"!!
ORANG UTANS DO NOT HAVE TAIL, MONKEYS HAVE LONG TAIL.
** HUMAN BEING IS CONSIDER AS "APE" TOO.. we are in teh same family as orang utan!!
so do love them more!!
the second day is the day that attracted me most to join this camp when i saw the programme schedule from pn grace..
early morning, we wake up then of course have morning exercise lo..
then the stupid teacher don know from which school scold us!! ish!! hate her!!
after breakfast, we go group by group to visit the mangrove forest in sepilok laut!!
we ride on a speed boat!! nice oh!! i love the speed and the breeze that come to me!!
i enjoy that visitation and i learned a lot about mangrove..
i was thinking if i've learn this 2 yrs ago, maybe i can get better result in biology hor..
there r 4 species of mangrove but sepilok laut only have 2 species, bruguiera sp. and rhizophora sp.
they have different characteristic..
i learnt it! so happy! we get to pluck down the mangrove baby ahahaha..
and the fruits of the tree that live in the mangrove forest area.. but these trees are not mangrove!
after 2 hrs on the boat, we went back to our campsite and prepare for the presentation and power point for that night.
after lunch, we go to kampung assam to experiece thjier work and life there.
we went there by boat too! all the way, we saw mangrove and wide sea!
we reach at the kampung, and the head village came out to welcome us and serve us with drink and some light snacks.
we are so happy to stay there..
we got to learn to tie the crab, like what we buy in the market, it all are tied nicely..
but i didn't try to tie it becasue i scare!
then i go for another activity, learning to jahit bumbung nipah..(nipah is a tree that look like oil palm tree, lives in the mangrove area, we use the leave to make the roof)
the head village said the nipah roof can stand up to 1 or 2 yrs..
im quite amaze of that.. he even said that if rain heavily not even a single drop of rain will drop into the house..
sai lei!!
at night we watch the movie "AN INCONVENIENT TRUTH - PART 2"
i feel fresh tonight so i can get everything from the movie..
it is urgent for everyone of us to save the earth as the global warmingis getting worse.
scientist affirmed that if the situation now continue on, the artantic which full with ice, which is huge and larger than europe..
will MELT! and many big big city will be underwater like new york, beijing..
so for sure sandakan will gone!!
and polar bear will be drowning cause they don have solid ice to stay on it(polar bear need both the water and the ice groud)
and the world map will need to be redrawn!!
pity!! stop it now!!
the third day, we wake up and then pack the tent and pack our belongings..
because we are going out to rdc..
so we bring our belongings to the campsite little jetty
and we walk to the sepilok laut receptionist center
from there we ride on the boat again to go to the batu sapi jetty..
this time we ride for very long time.. almost 20 min on the boat.
because we went from sepilok which is in the north go all the way to the south!!
then from there we go mile 8 kawasan pelupusan sampah!!
this is where all the garbage will to thrown to!!
it's smelly!! i feel like i want to vomit when im there..
many PTI are there to wait for the MPS car to come and they grabbed things that they can reuse..
pity hor..
and sdk ppl make a huge number of rubbish.. guess what.. the amount of rubbish sdk ppl make is approximately 208 TAN!!
MY GOODNESS!!
we stay there only for half an hr we already feel like can't stand
when we were in the bus we can smell the rubbish odour on our shirt!! yucks!!
we get back to rdc, we change out attire as soon as we arrive cause too smelly..
then we watch the movie again "AN INCONVENIENT TRUTH - PART 3"
we found the seriousness of global warming and we need to stop it NOW!!
no other choice..
anyone who read this blog maybe should get a chance to watch that movie.. it will benefit you..
at night we have BBQ which is well prepared and we do not need to do anything..
no worry at all!!
eat only!
but those stupid sepilok ranger, they were like many yrs didn't eat..they eat directly on the table that places with all the dishes..
the use thier own spoon to take the salad and do this for few times..
i was so yuccky to take the salad anymore after i saw that..
actually i want to thanks God that i saw it earlier before i got to take the salad to eat..
then they bring their frens to come to eat together..(their frens are not invited)
hahahaa.. at last they all were asked to go to the hall and all facilitator were there too..
i think scold them gua!!
good!! they need to be teach. they just look like ppl that are not well educated..
attitude is worst!!
after that, we have presentation from each group! and our facilitator too! we were happy with the ending..
today!! we get up and pack everything and we walk to rdc..
we did the post mortem.. i shared everything including the jr ranger that make me feel unsafe there!!
then we have a formal closing ceremony..with all the VVIP and all teachers and pricipal from different school!!
3 of us were glas that pn grace was here at last!!
ahahaha!! get the certificate!! very happy with that!!
then have a heavy lunch then go home!!
its a very nice camp act..
got to know many new things and info but spoilt by all the stupid ppl..
ish.. but okaylah
overall i give 98% for the camp la!!
ahahaha..
that's all la..
i want to rest now!!
next time when i got the picture from edi then i post all of it!!
